The purpose of a TheyDo idea is to empower everyone using the tool to suggest how to simplify the user journey (by removing a step) or make it better (by making a red or yellow step into a green one). 

An idea can be something you just came up with and want to share with your team all the way to an entire concept that already has been designed. 

There are no limitations how many ideas a journey step can have.
