Creating a Journey gets you closer to understanding your Personas and building stronger customer satisfaction. In this article, you will find out how to create your Journey(s).
Create a new Customer Journey
You need at least one Persona before being able to create a Journey.
To create a new Journey:
- Click Journeys.
- If this is your first Journey, click the Map a Journey button. Otherwise, click the Add new Journey button.
- Select the Persona for which you want to create a Journey.
- Set a name for this Journey and click Create Journey.
