A Step is a small segment of the entire Journey. These Steps show the progress towards the Journey goal and are essential to accomplishing this goal.

How can I create a Step?

To create a Step:

  1. Click Journeys.
  2. Select the Journey you want to manage. If you don't have a Journey yet, click the Map a Journey button and create a Journey.
  3. Make sure you are in Edit mode. Enabling Edit mode is done by clicking Edit in the top right corner.
  4. Approach 1: In the left sidebar, click the Step name input field and set the name of the Step. Press enter to add this Step to the Journey.
  5. Approach 2: In the left sidebar, select any Step. While viewing this Step, press ctrl + enter or click the Add next button to create a new empty Step in the Journey.

How can I edit a Step?

To edit a Step:

  1. Click Journeys.
  2. Select the Journey you want to manage. If you don't have a Journey yet, click the Map a Journey button and create a Journey.
  3. Make sure you are in Edit mode. Enabling Edit mode is done by clicking Edit in the top right corner.
  4. In the left sidebar, select any Step.
  5. You can now edit the selected Step.

How can I move a Step?

To move a Step:

  1. Click Journeys.
  2. Select the Journey you want to manage. If you don't have a Journey yet, click the Map a Journey button and create a Journey.
  3. Make sure you are in Edit mode. Enabling Edit mode is done by clicking Edit in the top right corner.
  4. Approach 1: To move a Step, click and drag the Step to the desired position.

How can I remove a Step?

To remove a Step:

  1. Click Journeys.
  2. Select the Journey you want to manage. If you don't have a Journey yet, click the Map a Journey button and create a Journey.
  3. Make sure you are in Edit mode. Enabling Edit mode is done by clicking Edit in the top right corner.
  4. Approach 1: In the left sidebar, hover over the Step you want to delete and click the Trashcan icon.
  5. Approach 2: In the left sidebar, click the Step you want to delete and click on the Trashcan icon.
