The beauty of having a customer journey, is that you can show you solutions in the context of where they fit into the world of your customer. TheyDo let's you manage solutions across journeys.
To connect a solution to your Journey, using steps:
Select the Journey you want to manage. If you don't have a Journey yet, click the Map a Journey button and create a Journey.
Click on a Step that you want to assign a Solution to.
Click on Solutions.
Click on Submit a new Solution.
Create a Solution.
