Adding Solutions to your Journey helps your organization to remove pain points found within your Customer Journey. This way you can change a red, or yellow step, into a green one!

Creating a Solution from within the 'All Solutions' page:

  1. Click on the 'View Solutions' button in the sidebar on the left.

  2. Click on the 'Add new Solution' button in the top right of the page.

  3. Give the Solution a title and add any information you want.

  4. Click on 'Save Solution' to finish creating your new Solution.

Creating a Solution from within a Journey:

  1. Click on the 'View Journeys' button in the sidebar on the left.

  2. Open a Journey by clicking on it.

  3. Click on the 'Opportunities' button in the sidebar on the left.

  4. Click on an existing Opportunity or create a new one by clicking '+ New Opportunity'.

  5. After selecting or creating an Opportunity, click on 'Solutions'.

  6. Now make sure that edit mode is enabled, this can be done by clicking the 'Edit' toggle in the top right of the Journey page.

  7. Click on the 'Add Solution' button.

  8. Click on the 'Add new' button.

  9. Give the Solution a title and add any information you want.

  10. Click on 'Save Solution' to finish creating your new Solution.
